One major accident was recorded at the Manila North Cemetery on Sunday, November 1, during the observance of All Saints’ Day.
Manila North Cemetery Director Tan said an individual slipped inside the cemetery and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention, DZRH's Tina Nolasco reported.
Despite the incident, Tan said the overall observance of Undas remained generally peaceful and orderly.
Meanwhile, around 21 children were reported missing on the first day of Undas 2026 but were later found within the cemetery premises.
