Social media personality Zeinab Harake and her husband, basketball player Bobby Ray Parks Jr., have officially completed the legal adoption process for her two children, Lucas and Bia.
Harake shared the milestone in her latest YouTube vlog titled “OFFICIALLY PARKS,” giving viewers a glimpse of the family's journey toward completing the adoption process.
In the vlog, the couple visited the National Authority for Child Care (NACC), where they celebrated the completion of the legal proceedings.
The children also introduced themselves using their new full names, Lucas Harake Parks and Zebbiana Harake Parks, marking their official inclusion in the Parks family.
Harake described the vlog as one of the most meaningful videos she has produced since starting her online content career in 2019.
She also expressed hope that sharing their experience would help raise awareness about the adoption process in the Philippines and encourage more people to understand its legal requirements.
The adoption milestone follows Parks' years of building a close relationship with Lucas and Bia. He has previously shared moments with the children on social media, expressing his affection for them.
Harake and Parks married in June 2025.
The National Authority for Child Care oversees the country's adoption process, which involves legal procedures to establish the adoptive parents' rights and responsibilities and protect the best interests of the child.
