The shear line and northeast monsoon, or Amihan, are expected to bring rains over parts of Luzon on Wednesday, November 4, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its latest weather forecast issued Tuesday afternoon, PAGASA said Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Catanduanes will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

The weather bureau warned that moderate to, at times, heavy rainfall may trigger flash floods or landslides in affected areas.

Meanwhile, the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila, the Visayas, and the rest of Luzon are expected to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

PAGASA advised the public to remain alert for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

For coastal conditions, light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected across the country.

The public is advised to continue monitoring PAGASA's latest weather bulletins and advisories for updates.
